Introductory Tutorial

NERDSS is a state-of-the-art scientific software designed to help researchers simulate the structure-resolved reaction-diffusion model in cell. NERDSS has the advantage of perserving the geometries and orientations of molecules during reactions and also allows for simulations of long timescales on the order of seconds to minutes. This makes NERDSS a powerful tool for simulating structure-resolved protein interactions such as self-assembly processes.
